5 Σεπ 2019 · If, during your coding and testing of dbms_sql, you encounter the Access Denied error, your session will be corrupted. Even if you fix your code, you will continue to get this error within the same session. In my testing, the only recourse is to close your session and establish a new one.
4 Μαΐ 2016 · That solved the "ORA-24247: network access denied by access control list (ACL)" for me. You may want to put this item in your check list. There has got to be a better way to hunt this error down.
28 Οκτ 2020 · Could it be linked to the OS user that installed Oracle database/ORACLE_HOME ? We are running the database service using "LocalSystem" and the permissions are set correctly (i would say) on the share, namely using server's domain account (SERVERNAME$).

23 Νοε 2023 · I'm trying to debug a procedure using "Oracle SQL Developer" version 23.1.0.097 from a PC with Windows 11. I have established a connection to a remote Oracle Database 18c XE Release 18.0.0.0.0 on linux, using a SSH Tunnel. I can execute succesfully the procedure while no debugging.
Oracle Universal Installer, Oracle Database Configuration Assistant, and Oracle Database Upgrade Assistant set file permissions when you install or upgrade Oracle Database software.
2 Μαΐ 2016 · startup mount alter database datafile 'V:\DB\CST001.DBF' offline drop; alter database open; Using OFFLINE DROP allows you to open the instance (as long as the affected datafile is not critical) without it trying to access that file.
