25 Οκτ 2020 · Now that my screen protector has cracked a second time, Belkin customer support asked me how it got cracked. I said that the phone was dropped and they claim that this is not covered under the warranty. Has this policy changed?
They will waive the normal $10 shipping fees on cracked screen protectors if you are nice about it. I called (1 (800) 700-9244) and they first offered me half off shipping, and when I again asked if they could waive altogether they just had me email the original purchase receipt and they waived standard shipping fees. try their chat service
