I don't know about your weight, but I took only 20 mg per day at 80 kg weight, and I didn't reach the cumulative dosage and my acne has completely disappeared without the side effects being crazy. So low dosage, accutane is still very effective.
Want to tell people that Accutane can suddenly turn your straight hair curly as a side effect! All the hair I've grown out on Accutane and after has been wavy/curly unlike my pin-straight hair my entire life before Accutane. 7 months, relatively low dose.
