We suggest you use the Curseforge Client to manage your Wow addons in general. Alternatively you can always use the direct download from here or the latest GitHub release and follow the Installation Guide in the Wiki to get the latest version of Questie up and running.
Questie is the most-recommended addon you'll find, it shows quests appropriate for your level and quest objectives on the map. LFG Bulletin Board makes it possible to find groups when, assuming you're on a large server/faction, the LookingForGroup channel moves too fast to be useful.
