I had my first interview with a recruiter. It was scheduled and after I recieved a notification of the date and time of it. I also had to accept the conditions of pay and work schedule to get the first interview. After that you interview with management/HR on a team's meeting. I just accepted an offer from second interview. Start February 5th.
