I'm a first-year college student and don't have any work experience but I have been a part of a bunch of extracurriculars/organizations in school. It was scheduled and after I recieved a notification of the date and time of it. I also had to accept the conditions of pay and work schedule to get the first interview. After that you interview with management/HR on a team's meeting.
It’s a basic interview. Questions vary depending on who your SM is. Most will want examples of your teamwork, following policies, previous work or school accomplishments, your availability.
Give them your availability and DO NOT let them schedule you outside of it. If they call/text you while you’re not working, DO NOT feel obligated to answer. And if you do, DO NOT feel obligated to pickup shifts/work extra you were not scheduled to.
I respect your need to keep to your schedule, but if you can't work past 7pm, I definitely don't think CVS will work for you. Most all new employees start out working evenings. Good luck finding a spot that will work for you!
Any one working at Cvs knows how to access the schedule from home . I used to be able to access the schedule through the App but lately I am having trouble to log in . Please help if you know
