I got a Macbook Air (2020, M1 chip) and I already had the Dell D3100 dock station with 2 Asus VP28Us. I struggled to find a viable way to connect my MBA without breaking the bank and I am embarrassed at the amount of time I spent trying to fix this when the solution was so simple. In short, yes.
