The Los Angeles Board of Police Commissioners, also commonly known as the Los Angeles Police Commission, is a five-member body of civilian-only, appointed officials which oversees the Los Angeles Police Department.
21 Μαρ 2009 · Dan Sakai (35) signed up for the Oakland police recruit academy in 2000, and after graduation worked his way from patrol officer to canine handler, patrol rifle officer, academy firearms instructor, sergeant, and eventually SWAT team entry leader.
Daniel was a hard worker who was said to have a "heart for people." In December 2007, he was promoted to Sergeant of Police where his leadership qualities began to shine.
