About the DPS Lunch Program. Students can either bring lunch from home or buy lunch. Lunch includes an entrée, one carton of milk, and a hand fruit. Additional drinks and snacks can also be purchased a la carte. There are numerous snack and drink options daily also.

We encourage students to explore new food choices on the monthly menu. Darien SD 61 participates in the National School Lunch Program following the nutritional requirements for all meals and the “Smart Snack” requirements for all ala carte items served in the cafeterias.
