  1. Deer hunting licence applications (S29 of the Wildlife Acts) for the 2024/2025 deer hunting season can now be made online by visiting: portal.heritage.gov.ie. PLEASE NOTE: When uploading your Firearms Certificate, you are required to upload both the front and back of the certificate.

  2. The National Parks & Wildlife Service are launching a new online portal for deer hunting licence applications for the 2024/25 Open Season, this will replace paper and email applications.
