30 Οκτ 2018 · In this chapter, we introduce the concept of Health Data Science and define its three domains: technology, analytics, and conceptual. In the technology domain, we drill down from computer science via health informatics to public health informatics. The analytics domain includes biostatistics, bioinformatics, epidemiology, and simulation.
Health Data Science is an Open Access journal published in affiliation with Peking University (PKU) and published by the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS). Health Data Science is also supported by the Advanced Institute of Information Technology.
