The Clerk of the Zanesville Municipal Court is Vicky D. Kirk who was appointed on June 1, 2010. The Clerk’s office is responsible for accepting and processing documents filed in all criminal, traffic and civil matters, and for maintaining complete and accurate records.
Our mission is to fairly and properly administer justice throughout Delaware County and to serve those persons who come before the Court in a courteous and professional manner. We provide a forum for disputes to be resolved and assure that everyone coming before the Court is treated equitably.
Except for certain hearings and trials which the judge may schedule for an in-person appearance, court users may access the Court online for most other purposes. Online services include: Payments of fines, costs and filing fees; Filing any documents; Checking the docket for each case to view filings, judicial orders and case status
