8 Φεβ 2020 · The light is on the f6 key to indicate I have the speakers muted. I tried the f5 key (which shows the backlit symbol) and the function f5 (also shift, function f5), I had a microsoft advisor walk me through going into the bios to play with active key settings and that didnt work.
