PRE-APPLICATIONS FOR the Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles (HACLA) Online Waiting List Pre-Application. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Written requests for persons with disabilities or persons needing assistance must be put in writing to the HACLA Office.
Public Housing Applicants. The Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles operates one city-wide waiting list for all 14 sites. Placement on the Public Housing Program waiting list is based on date/time of the application and family eligibility status.
