The ease with which you synchronize your notes in Notion is miles better than that of Obsidian. Except if you pay. There's a few specific types stylized pretty types of notes that are easier to make with notion and don't require any external plug-ins.
Obsidian is a note taking application that Destiny currently uses to aggregate and publish his research and readings on a wide variety of topics, as well as post other miscellaneous things such as his current blacklist or future topics to research.

I can edit files and images from other apps on my computer, add or delete files from my file explorer, and create new folders without even having to open Obsidian. Then once I open Obsidian, all those modifications are reflected. With Obsidian, you can insert links to other notes within your notes.
