Pulau Ubin, also simply known as Ubin, is an island situated in the north east of Singapore, to the west of Pulau Tekong. The granite quarry used to be supported by a few thousand settlers on Pulau Ubin in the 1960s, but only about 40 villagers remained as of 2012. [ 1 ]
20 Μαρ 2022 · Pulau Ubin is an island off the east coast of Singapore. To get to Pulau Ubin you first head to Changi Point Ferry Terminal . To get there take the blue Downtown line to Tampines East MRT station, or the green East-West line to Tanah Merah MRT station.
Shaped like a boomerang, Pulau Ubin is situated just off the north-eastern corner of mainland Singapore. Once a cluster of five smaller islets separated by tidal rivers, it has since been united by the building of bunds for prawn farming to become a single 1,020-hectare island.

14 Μαρ 2024 · Pulau Ubin is just a short 15-minute boat ride away from the main island of Singapore. Head to Changi Point Ferry Terminal and board a bumboat headed for the island. The boats run from 7am to 7pm daily and each boat takes a maximum of 12 passengers.
