22 Απρ 2021 · Two odd thing that I could do with help explaining: The Camshaft adjustment intake bank 1: actual value, when the engine is switched off increases by around 5 degrees to 22 (again to me suggests its a tooth out) The phase position will run at 0 for a short while before increasing to 4.83 degrees.

6 Δεκ 2019 · Check measurement between inlet camshaft adjuster timing mark and exhaust camshaft sprocket timing mark is 124 - 126 mm 40. Note: If measurement outside tolerance, repeat timing chain installation procedure.
Re: Timing chain on 1.4 TSI engine – 15-10-2010, 05:46 PM. As the guys say there is no change interval for the timing chain. If your having a new 1.4 Golf Match then you shouldn't have to worry about anything for many years.
18 Σεπ 2020 · Question about setting the timing on a 2008 1.4 TSI (140bhp), When I put the crank locking bolt in, the timing gauge in number 1 piston goes past TDC by approx 0.30mm. should the timing be set exactly to TDC?
