I always thought that the pink and white part of diglett was its nose, but a couple friends pointed out that it could be a tooth inside an open mouth. So which one is it? Nose or Mouth?
When you FIRST saw Diglett, did you think it had a mouth or a nose? Momentarily setting aside the objective truth that it's a nose (as supported both by official Pokemon Company statements and the fact that the nose physically protrudes in 3D renders and has a shadow beneath it in a lot of official artwork)
Totally a nose. You can tell it's sticking out from the face because of the shadow on it. Plus, it's always depicted as a nose in the games and show.
The white bit is SUPPOSED to be light shining on the nose. Now I can't unsee the mouth/tooth idea, though -_- NNID: drgdgrana | SW-3997-7924-1188 | David @ Calantha (ACNH)
