The email isn't proof that it's not a scam, but it's often a good way to quickly eliminate a suspicious email as being a scam. If your Disney plus email is coming from admin@disneyplusenquiries.com you know it's a scam.

I tried logging in with a totally fake email and password (what you see in the photos) and sure enough, goes right to the same payment info page. I made sure to log out of all devices on my Disney Plus account, as well as change my password. Not sure if there's anything else I should do.
