21 Νοε 2020 · In the middle of the glitz and glitter of Disney’s Hollywood Studios is the classic Hollywood Brown Derby restaurant. The Brown Derby is a swanky signature restaurant inspired by the real Brown Derby restaurant (s) in California (more on that in a bit!).

Experience the delectable legacy of the original Brown Derby, with timeless dishes and classic cocktails. Savor such specialties as our Faroe Island salmon, char-grilled filet of beef and our famous Cobb salad that follows the recipe created by Bob Cobb, owner of the historic California Brown Derby.
Served with choice of two (2) Selections and choice of Small Lowfat Milk, Small DASANI® Bottled Water, or Small Minute Maid® Apple Juice. Kids' menu items for children ages 9 and younger. Look for the Disney Check icon on printed menus to find options that meet Disney's nutrition guidelines.
Take time to wander around the restaurant and notice the special touches including the brass derbies used as lampshades, the photographs and memorabilia on the walls, and the authentic caricatures (in the gold frames). The Hollywood Brown Derby offers Mobile Dine Check-In.
