Released as an improvement on their compact Ditto looper, it is bombproof in terms of both build and usability. Sound quality is excellent, thanks to hardware optimised for high headroom and 24-bit ADA conversion.
25 Μαρ 2014 · With the Ditto, TC Electronic gave us an easy-to-use compact looper, but the new X2 targets seasoned loop fiends with a wealth of extra features. Aside from a larger enclosure, the most obvious addition is the FX footswitch, which can be used as a dedicated stop switch, or to activate effects (reverse and 1/2 speed), chosen by a toggle.
The Ditto X2 is a very easy-to-use Loop Station that is intentionally minimalist in design yet offers a little more "luxury" than the original Ditto looper. The unit has stereo inputs and outputs but remains compact and relatively lightweight at the same time.

27 Μαρ 2014 · Just as on the Ditto, the 24-bit loop quality is excellent, and the ease with which you can set a loop level with your sneaker while noodling away makes the Ditto X2 feel like a seamless extension of your guitar and fingers.
Ditto X2 vs Ditto Jam X2 - opinions sought. Snags Frets: 5712. August 2021 in FX. I'm toying with the idea of getting a simple looper, mostly to allow a bit more freedom/nuance when doing solo performances.
20 Φεβ 2014 · I would’ve preferred a second independent loop instead of the included effects, but let’s not quibble, the X2 is an excellent looper pedal that is easier to handle on stage than its older sibling, thanks to a second button that stops the loop with a simple foot stomp.
