Passengers have at least two hours to rate a driver from the ‘Rate & Pay’ screen in the app after the ride has ended. All feedback submitted is anonymous and reviewed before shared with drivers. If you don't provide a rating, drivers will be automatically given a 5-star rating.
Children are more than welcome to join you in a Lyft ride, but they can’t ride without an adult. You should plan on bringing your own car seat for children that need one. Car seats must fit legal requirements in your state and city.
