At the franchise Pizza Hut I work for (SE Pizza Group), the delivery fee DOES NOT go to the drivers. However, we get a small variable mileage reimbursement (mine is 33c/mi). Also, all tips, whether through the app, handwritten on the credit card slip, or by cash does go to the driver.
I work for Dominos. At my store the drivers get $0.29 a mile and get paid $4 an hour. The delivery fee goes to the store and not the drivers.
