NYC DOT operates Municipal parking garages and lots in all five boroughs. NYC DOT off-street parking facilities accept quarters, dollar coins, credit cards, and ParkNYC. Municipal parking fields do not allow overnight parking. The fields close as shown in the posted regulations for each facility.

This website provides the public fair access to reserve parking space permits at municipal garages in New York City. During the 5 day reservation period it distributes parking space permit reservations to customers on a first-come, first-served basis up to the available supply of parking spaces at each garage.
