The emulator as all have stated is RPCS3. You should check out their Quickstart page. I also recommend you post your specs of the PC you are wanting to run RPCS3 as it requires a good PC to run it effectively. I also recommend you check out their compability list to ensure your games are playable.

There are NO emulators for PS3 that emulate commercial games in any playable state. Same goes for XBox, Wii U, 3DS, and Vita. This will remain true for at least a few years. All sites purporting to have adequately playable emulators for these systems are scams!
PSA: ESX is a fake PS3 Emulator, don't download it since it could (Maybe) contain viruses. I'm not really sure about it being infected but the "installation" (Extraction to be exact) just looks way too sketchy. EDIT: This is why I'm doing this. They did a pretty good job of making it seem legit.
