The Astor Place Theatre is an off-Broadway house located at 434 Lafayette Street in the NoHo section of Manhattan. The theater is located in the historic Colonnade Row, originally constructed in 1831 as a series of nine connected buildings, of which only four remain.

The Astor Place Theatre has an intimate capacity of just under 300 seats divided across two levels: The Orchestra section. The Mezzanine/balcony section. Every seat offers an excellent view. However, you may prefer specific sections depending on your preferences:
The Astor Place Theatre is located in the NoHo area of Manhattan and is an off-Broadway house. It is used for a variety of productions from plays by established writers, to introducing new, experimental playwrights. The theater is now home to the Blue Man Group, who bought the theater in 2001.
