I ordered 3 Seresto Flea collars for small dogs. They came fairly quickly considering they were supposedly shipped from Canada. These collars are worthless. After contacting Seresto Customer Service they verified CANADAPETCARE.COM is not an authorized seller of their Seresto products.

Poor Customer Service. I’m a repeat customer of CanadaPetCare. In Sept, I ordered NextGard for my senior dog. Weeks went by with no delivery. In mid-Oct, I called the company & was told by Kristy that it was supposedly delivered 4 days after my order. I suspect it was never mailed. Date of experience: October 12, 2023
Canada pet care online service. HELP. I ordered meds from there due to recommendation from a user on here. I read several reviews and seemed legit. Just found out my pets meds are coming Singapore so I dug a little deeper and and seeing they may counterfeit.
