Looks like they might have lowered the required level, as I can breed with the Time dragon at level 20 - try to breed it at various levels and at some point it will unlock and be usable to breed. Definitely by level 20, possibly sooner :)

To get the Taj Mahal dragon, breed pure x lightspeed. To get the lightspeed dragon, breed empowered pure x pure dragons. For me, when I breed my 4 star empowered Taj Mahal dragon and my lightspeed dragon, the legacy dragon shows up in “possible results”. Im stuck there too, i hate that.

The best method is to breed Time Dragon with any single-Legend-element Dragon (example: Legacy Dragon, Norse Dragon, Brainy Dragon etc) Alternatively, to breed two single element dragons with the element (example: Legacy Dragon, Norse Dragon, Brainy Dragon etc) and both dragons have empowered level 1 (or 1 star).
