Honestly, the Save Editor is probably the most important tool to get. Imagine this, you downloaded like, 10 fits for your CaC crew, and then you have to buy all of them. Horrible. Pop in the editor, click Add All at the relevant fields and boot the game with everything in your inventory already, including mods.
The save file can be found in “Steam//userdata// {your steam id}//323470//remote//DBXV21” for version 1.17+ or “Steam//userdata// {your steam id}//323470//remote//DBXV2” for earlier versions. Just load the .sav file directly with the editor. No need for any decryption tool.
