28 Αυγ 2018 · Excellent Shelling. This is the best shelling on the east coast. Take the ferry out of Harker's Island and then hop on the beach shuttle once you arrive at the Cape. Plan on going during low tide and staying until high tide begins rolling in with a new array of shells!
20 Οκτ 2023 · For the best shelling opportunities, try to comb the beach early in the morning, at low tide, after a storm, or during times of lower visitation such as the winter months. Visitors are allowed to collect up to five gallons of uninhabited shells per person, per day for non-commercial use.
