26 Φεβ 2024 · Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) said: Place your hand at the place where you feel pain in your body and say three times. بِاسْمِ اللَّهِ. (in the name of Allah) and seven times. أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ وَقُدْرَتِهِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا أَجِدُ وَأُحَاذِرُ ” ” (I seek refuge with Allah and with His Power from the evil that I find and that I fear).
↓ 5 – Dua For Relieving Pain & Distress. Asma, daughter of ‘Amais, reported that the Prophet, peace be upon him, asked her, “Shall I tell you words that you may say in times of pain or distress. These are, ‘Allah, Allah, Rabbi la ushriku bihi shai’an (Allah, Allah, my Lord, I associate none with Him).”
10 Ιαν 2024 · It is narrated that Aisha (Radi Allahu Anha) said that when anyone among them had an illness, the Prophet (ﷺ) used to rub the area of the pain and recite the following dua for protection: اللَّهُمَّ ربَّ النَّاسِ ، أَذْهِب الْبَأسَ ، واشْفِ ، أَنْتَ الشَّافي لا شِفَاءَ إِلاَّ شِفَاؤُكَ ، شِفاءً لا يُغَادِرُ سقَماً.

The Holy Prophet also applied this dua to ease the pain of family members, friends, or even to one sick part of his own body. The dua of these pain relief prayers are generally simple and easy to read.
