3 Απρ 2020 · Asking Allah for help is one of the best ways we can come closer to Him and express our vulnerability and need for Him. The Prophet ﷺ said, “ Duʿāʾ is the essence of worship,” meaning that it is the ultimate expression of one’s humility and submissiveness.
19 Μαρ 1998 · Anas ibn Maalik said: "Whenever something distressed him, the Prophet (Peace & Blessings of Allah be upon Him) used to say: ‘O Ever-Living, O Self-Sustaining, by Your mercy I seek Your help." (Reported by al-Tirmidhi, no. 3446).
