  4. Email & Calendaring Duke provides email and calendar via Microsoft Officer 365. You can access your email and calendar account using any email client (e.g. Microsoft Outlook), from an app on your mobile device, or via the web at mail.duke.edu.   5. Modern authentication uses Shibboleth to securely log Duke users into their accounts. Start Microsoft Outlook. The Searching Accounts window opens and prompts for your email address. Enter your Duke email address and click Connect. The Duke Log In window appears. Log in with your NetID and password. Outlook opens.
