18 Νοε 2024 · Using a durometer will allow you to determine whether you need hard neoprene or soft neoprene. Durometer is one variable present in all of different forms of the product, and it is needed to determine the density of neoprene as well as of other elastomers.
4in (101.6mm) Neoprene Pads are available in 50, 60, 70, or 90 durometers for compressive strength testing of 4x8in concrete cylinders and meet requirements of ASTM C1231/1231M and AASHTO T 22. These 0.5in (12.7mm) thick pads flow during compression to fill irregularities in the cylinder ends and assure uniform load distribution.
Super W Pads are manufactured in Neoprene or L.D.S (Low Dynamic Stiffness) rubber. Sheet size = 450mm x 450mm. Nominal load for 40 durometer pad in natural rubber = 55 kg.
