This transmission makes an excellent conversion transmission due to its adaptability into most Jeeps. Both 2wd and 4wd versions of the 4L60-E can be used equally well, and there are no inherent advantages to either one once you have installed our adapter assembly.
The first bit of data of each line is the model code of the transmission (e.g., 2PAB). This code is on the transmission tag and you should confirm that both your car and the donor car have a model code on this list.

Install Sonnax sleeve/valve assembly with sleeve end face notches inboard and long valve stem outboard. Install Sonnax spring over valve stem.
