11 Νοε 2012 · I concur with Isak/Besiktas here. My car is a 2011 E90 M3 bone stock. I only pulled a best of 335.8hp whereas his 2010 E92 with the 240E software pulled 358hp. Both of us have MDCT and run on stock 19 wheels. The 15-20hp increase due to the software update is warranted and legitimate.

Now that the BMW E92 M3 is a couple of generations old, it might be worth buying now as a long-term investment.

I got to test drive one of these M3s with a six speed manual. Good handling, good shock damping, low center of gravity (Corvette like). Nice rev range, but not much torque. The gearing helps acceleration, but I would say that it is not quite as fast as a C6 Corvette.
