Almost everything you read here can be applied to AN hose and fittings that are supplied by all the well known names, not just Speedflow. We want to make it easier for you to use AN hose on your project and be proud of the finished job.
15 Ιουν 2023 · You can use an AN Sizing chart to match a particular size of AN fitting to the type of hose that will match. The below chart shows how AN size is determined. The number for the AN size is equivalent to how many sixteenths of an inch it is in size for inside diameter.
All Earl’s SWIVEL-SEALTM hose ends are designed to provide little or no restrictions when used with the corresponding AN fitting size. We also offer a number of Metric and British Standard Pipe threads to AN fitting adapters.
Some of the most popular adapter fit-tings shown in our catalog are AN to NPT adapters. While many variations are offered, column four in the chart shows which AN size corresponds to each NPT size when inside diameters (flow dimensions) are considered.
3 Δεκ 2020 · We have included a small chart that lists fuel compatibility relative to each style of Earl’s hose in this story. Super Stock hose comes in a variety of sizes from -4 through -12 sizes. Super Stock hose is intended to only be used with matching Earl’s Super Stock hose ends.
(For example, the inside diameter of an Earl's size 6 hose end is nearly as large as the inside diameter of some other manufacturers' -8 hose ends.) Each AN size number has its own standard thread size which can be seen in column three of the chart.
