Like making sushi, roll the tortillas up tightly, then wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate, about 1 hour. When ready to serve, unwrap the sushi rolls and slice into quarters.

9 Σεπ 2016 · Add avocado, mushrooms, cucumber and cilantro to the top of the tuna. Roll the nori into a cone shape. Use a few drops of water to rub the edge of the nori so that the cone seals itself shut. Continue with the rest of the ingredients and serve immediately. We are sushi monsters in our house.
