20 Δεκ 2008 · Is the M122 the latest and greatest from Eaton? In a street application, approx 300 cid with about 12-16 psi boost, would one of these be a viable deal? Anything else on the market that compares in terms of price and boost?
The Eaton supercharger increases torque across the entire operating range without compromising drivability or emissions. This allows vehicle manufacturers the option of using smaller, more economical 4- and 6-cylinder engines, without perceived loss in power train performance.
18 Μαρ 2012 · A Gen V supercharger is the newest Eaton M90 supercharger designed for the GM line. This supercharger was presided by the Gen III, commonly found on 97-03 GTP's and 04-05 Impala's and Monte Carlo's. The Gen V comes installed on the L32 engine, which can be found on 04 and up Pontiac grand prix's.
The outlet is about 20% larger than a Gen III Eaton M90's, and the inlet is 75mm. If you are doing this supercharger as an upgrade for an engine that originally had a Gen III, we recommend pairing this blower with a 75mm Northstar throttle body, and a pcm tuned for the bigger throttle body/MAF.
