6 Νοε 2023 · Eau de Parfum (EDP) Eau de parfum or EDP has 15-25% of oil concentration and right along with EDT, it’s one of the most popular fragrance concentrations in the world. A general rule says that EDP is usually stronger in scent and performance (stronger than EDT), but as the industry evolves, that doesn’t have to be the case.
Although there is variability within the definitions, there are four major perfume concentration classifications. Parfum contains between 15% and 30% aromatic compounds; eau de parfum contains 8–15% aromatic compounds; eau de toilette ranges from 4% to 8% aromatic compounds; and eau de cologne contains between 2% and 5% aromatic compounds.
