I'm up 67.7% for sales 1/1/24 to 2/17/24 compared to the same time last year. My ASP is $57.93 for 181 items. Up 22.3% & 37.1% respectively. I'm an "everything" seller, but I primarily sell collectables, and business/industrial.
Why are my eBay sales down? The two main reasons for slow eBay sales are: eBay has slow summer months; your items are no longer in good demand; eBay is very interested in selling your items because they earn at least 10% of your sales. So, they are the last ones to blame for poor sales. Instead, looks for things you can change.
Is anyone else here seeing a MAJOR downturn in sales? I analyse sales and competitors every single day. Sales are really really down for everyone it seems to me 😕. I do see some sellers with established listings still selling what I would say are healthy sales daily - but these are for cheap items, less than £15.
EBay slowing down alot since January, but my Amazon is really picking up, like over 200% better than last year at this time. Could be the difference between new and used goods plus the higher numbers of people checking Amazon first.
