The École navale (French pronunciation: [ekɔl naval]) is the French naval academy, in charge of the education of the officers of the French Navy. They are educated at the academy for responsibilities onboard surface ships and submarines, in French Naval Aviation, with the fusiliers marins and commandos, and on the general staff.

The École navale provides initial training for all officers in the navy and other corps (polytechniciens, IETA, IMI), ongoing training for sailors in nautical specialities, and participates in the training of maritime administrations.
L’École navale et son institut de recherche (IRENav) sont installés sur un site de 100 hectares au sud de la rade de Brest, à Lanvéoc -Poulmic. Elle est commandée par le vice amiral Laurent Hemmer, depuis le 22 août 2023 5. Un des Borda, à bord duquel l'école navale était installée de 1840 à 1913.
