Indications and Dosage. Adult: As 1% cream or lotion: Apply once daily under occlusive dressing. For tinea pedis: As 1% cream or foam: Apply once daily for 4 wk. Adult: As pessary: Insert 150 mg pessary intravaginally at bedtime for 3 consecutive nights, or as single dose in long-acting preparations.
