Despite being a pure Electric-type, it doesn't fear most Ground-types, making its Volt Switch more potent. It can also become a more direct problem if it's able to set up with Coil.
Mediocre stats but pretty decent bulk. It has coil, but no recovery except giga drain. Eelektross has a pretty big movepool and it’s viable in the lower tiers but not in OU.
