TWC promotes equal employment opportunity (EEO) through a progressive program designed to provide equal opportunity without regard to race, color, sex, religion, national origin, age (40 or over), disability, genetic information, military service, or political affiliation or belief.
If you believe that you have been discriminated against at work because of your race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, gender identity, and sexual orientation), national origin, age (40 or older), disability or genetic information, you can file a Charge of Discrimination.
You may file a charge of employment discrimination at the EEOC office closest to where you live, or at any one of the EEOC's 53 field offices. Your charge, however, may be investigated at the EEOC office closest to where the discrimination occurred.
