To find your local Area Agency on Aging, click here. You can also be directed to your local agency by calling the Senior Resource Line at 1-800-235-5503. You will be asked to input your 5-digit zip code and then will be transferred to the local agency for assistance.

At Circle of Care St. Louis, our Home Care Program is designed to empower seniors and adults with disabilities to live independently and securely in their own homes.
The Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) is administered by MO HealthNet and Medicare to provide comprehensive health care, social, recreational, and wellness services to their participants. One of the main goals of PACE is to allow older adults to live safely in their homes instead of nursing facilities.
