Since it is mainly water vapor with chemical additives, wouldn't it be realistic to expect it to turn back into toxic water droplets when it comes into contact with the water?

11 Μαρ 2008 · I have the Ruyan V8 that I purchased from the Sunridge Distribution site, and I also have the blue one that I bought on ebay from a seller in China. In addition, I have an Njoy and an Electronic Cigarette brand, so those are my standards for comparison. All are penstyles.
