To access the e-connect portal you need to be a registered user. To register please go to the “register new user” box at the lower right corner of this page and create a username and a password.

• Click the register button next to the Login Button to open the registration page. • Enter your 7 digit customer number as displayed on the bill statement. Account number can be found in the upper left hand corner of the statement.
