Our 100-acre Methodist Retreat Center can accommodate up 1,000 overnight guests. There are 6 motels and 12 family apartments totaling 235 rooms, plus 22 youth cabins on site. All rooms are climate controlled and every accommodation except for the youth cabins include a TV.

Purchased in 1949, the South Georgia Conference continues to develop the Center. The 100-acre Campus has 6 motels, 12 family apartments, and 13 youth buildings accommodating up to 1,000 persons.
18 Φεβ 2005 · Epworth by the Sea has grown from a rustic camp facility to a modern Methodist conference and retreat center. Epworth provides "a Christian place for worship, study, and fellowship" to individuals and groups from any denomination.
17 Ιαν 2023 · Epworth by the Sea is a Methodist Church Camp located on the island and is a treasure trove of history of John and Charles Wesley. The grounds are beautiful, with Spanish Moss hanging from the many live oak trees.
