14 Δεκ 2017 · Our CRM course consists of two key components: 1) an introductory lecture presentation, and 2) a series of six specialized simulation scenarios. The 30-minute lecture introduces the key concepts and history of CRM in aviation and in healthcare and highlights the increasing recognition of CRM’s role in patient safety.
The Ottawa GRS separately assesses the following 5 key domains of CRM skills—leadership, problem-solving, situational awareness, resource utilization, and communication—in addition to overall performance. All domains are assessed on a Likert scale rated from 1 to 7 for a total score of 42.
